Gas & Oil Boiler Installations
Looking for cost efficient heating? You should be aware that current building regulations state that any replacement or new gas-fired boiler must be a condensing boiler. Older boilers convert as little as 60% of the fuel they use into heat which has a big impact on your home heating bills and the environment.
We specialise in the installation of condensing boilers and renewable energy products from Worcester, using the latest technology available. Modern condensing boilers improve efficiency to over 90% which could save you a minimum of 30% per year on your home heating bills, which represents a big saving over the lifetime of your boiler.
Utilising the latest that technology has to offer Therm Heat are Gas Safe and OFTEC qualified and can fit and install modern Oil (and Gas) condensing boilers that improve efficiency to over 90%, designed to save you up to 30% on your existing heating bills.
If you don't have access to a natural gas network Therm Heat can manage the installation of an onsite Oil supply; including concrete base, tank, fuel line to your appliance and certification. You can rest assured that any work will be installed by a highly skilled and qualified member of our team, and that products are of a high standard.

Installation of all Heating Controls
The right heating controls will let you keep your home at a comfortable temperature without wasting heat.
Whatever the age of your boiler, the right controls will let you set your heating and hot water to come on and off when you need them. You can upgrade or install heating controls without replacing your boiler.
We fit a wide range of heating controls from a basic thermostatic radiator valve to the latest remote heating controls.
Landlords Safety Certificates
All rented property with gas or oil appliances is required by law to have an annual inspection with an in-date Landlord Safety Certificate.
We can provide you an annual Safety Certificate and ensure that the property is safe for your tenants.
Power Flushing
Water in radiators will rust and damage the radiators from the inside out causing sludge and debris build up.
This can reduce or stop the heat circulating and makes your heating system inefficient. There are a number of power flushing steps that can be taken to resolve this problem but it is important to know that flushing is not always required.
We will always advise if your heating problems can be solved in a more cost effective way.
Hot Water Cylinders
Vented and un-vented hot water cylinders.
For those of you who do not have a combination boiler you will have a hot water cylinder for which there are two types.
Vented - which stores hot water at pressure from a tank in the attic.
Unvented - which feeds the hot water taps at the same pressure as the cold water mains.
We can advise you on the correct size of cylinder for your hot water requirements and can supply and fit both types of systems.
We can also fit hot water cylinders suitable for a solar panel water heating system.
Under-Floor Heating
Therm Heat can design and install an Under floor heating system which is a more efficient way to heat your home, because the heat is distributed more evenly than a single radiator.
Under floor heating is generally associated with stone or tiled floors, but you can even fit it in a carpeted room.
- Lower running costs compared to a radiator system
- All the pipe work is out of sight and leaves walls as free space
